The Friends of Piesse Brook Inc enjoyed a brilliant day of water tank training and weed collecting on their opening busy bee for the year on Sunday 15th April.
Twenty Friends joined together to sweep through the first two zones of the National Park collecting several trailer loads of blackberry seedlings and cotton bush plants.
The first working day of the year was closed with a celebratory sip of aged grape, some very tasty home made nibbles and a load of great fellowship. We all look forward to May's working event with relish.
